Job Purpose:

The role requires focus on day-to-day execution of specific TTS Client Operations functions to support our client base in Denmark, Norway and Sweden as well as banks and other third parties in an efficient and timely manner to ensure cohesive execution.

Job Background/context:

TTS Client Operations comprises of the previously standalone Operations and Client Delivery functions. The amalgamation of these two functions under one, Stockholm based, sub Cluster support structure will allow for a front to back service model to be created. The goal of this new model is to provide our clients with a superior end to end service.

The successful candidate will have a strong customer service and operational focus and will provide an integrated value-added service to our clients.

The role will require the successful candidate to form effective working relationships with Centralized Client Operations, Clients and stakeholders – Product, Technology, and Coverage etc. The successful candidate will be required to have a strong and detailed understanding of end to end operations and act as the client advocate.

He/she will be required to interface with clients and internal stakeholders (FMIs) acting as escalation point as well as a business partner.

Key Responsibilities:

•Sound understanding of TTS Client Operations requirements and underlying processes. In particular :

•Set-up and maintenance of accounts and clearing products at Swedish ACH (Bankgirot) , Norwegian ACH (NETS) and Danish ACH ( NETS/BEC) level.

•Clearing and settlement of LCY checks ( Bankgirot, Plusgirot, local Swedish Banks)

•Reconciliation of external local 3rd party Banks accounts

•Support of Nordic regulatory and TTS Product related operational changes

•Utilizes good understanding of operations procedures and concepts and sound knowledge of other areas to deal independently with some technology matters and issues.

•Integrates domain knowledge with an understanding of industry standards and practices in Sweden, Denmark and Norway.

•Has a strong focus on risk and controls and ethics.

•Escalates issues as appropriate to next level support.

•Applies good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the role.

•Assesses the applicability of previous or similar experiences and evaluates options under circumstances not covered by procedures.

•Exchanges ideas and information in a concise and logical manner.

Qualifications

Knowledge/Experience:

Preferred

•3 to 5 years of experience in the local Danish/Norwegian Banking industry

•General experience in supporting operations

•Developed communication and diplomacy skills

•Danish /Norwegian fluently written/spoken

•English fluently written/spoken

Skills:

•Understanding of Cash Operations

•Understanding of ACH infrastructure (in Kronor Countries)

•Process documentation

•Experience with outsourcing controls

Qualifications:

Minimum

•BS/BA degree or equivalent, 3-5 years of experience
