The Account Commercial Contract Manager (ACCM) will be responsible for commercial and contract management aspects matters related to various Accounts, with the ability to identify, negotiate and resolve, with minimal support, complex contract and commercial issues.

Responsibilities and measure

  1. Ability to provide effective, value add contracting advice to the Account team.

  2. Demonstrate ability to guide and direct Account team in understanding and interpreting business contract requirements.

  3. Reviewing and drafting a wide range of contractual documents such as Amendments, Statements of Work and Exhibits/Schedules, including analysis of contract financial documents and terms and conditions.

  4. Able to understand both Account strategic and operational goals and assist in translating these into effective contracting practices.

  5. Able to proactively assess critical contract obligations and contract provisions, gaps and risk areas.

  6. Production of internal Governance documentation for SOAR, CRA, Risk and other relevant business gates.

  7. Familiarity with fundamentals of Service Request Management, IT asset management and other financial processes related to Account agreements.

  8. Negotiation/resolution of contract issues/disputes, as appropriate; providing recommendations and solutions for resolution.

  9. Assist Account team with proposals, ensuring alignment with existing contract, and, maximizing benefit from new business.

  10. Travel requirement in EMEA up to 25%
