What You’ll do
As Delivery Manager , you hold the responsibility for the E2E delivery across the deal lifecycle from pre-sale to delivery and governance. The role will focus on the successful deal scoping and offering to fit with the customer and Cisco delivery model and processes, also driving process improvements, as well as delivery to ensure high customer satisfaction. You will work in close partnership with Sales, Operations and Partners facing the customer.
This requires you to:
Connect the dots across different departments and teams
Work in close collaboration with Cisco Sales Teams on understanding the business requirements advise on the deal structuring
Manage and execute internal and external work streams and projects
Acquire deep knowledge of the organizational set-up and processes to its full extent for each offer and propose the best solution for the customer and Cisco
Ensure an ongoing communication with both Customer, Cisco teams and partner
Who You’ll Work With
You will be part of the CGEM organization team and will work closely with your peers in-country, regionally and globally. You will work closely across organizations with especially Operations and Services as well as partners sub-contracting to Cisco.

What you’ll bring
Bachelors or Masters +2 to +5 years of related experience preferred, Project Management experience of +3 years.
Analyze information and work with others to evaluate alternative solutions to confirm path forward
Strong planning and analytical skills
Strong Decision Making, Influencing and negotiating skills
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Explain information and effectively lay out pros and cons of alternatives to consider
Ability to communicate and drive improvement across cross-functional teams to improve operations metrics and customer satisfaction
Excellent communication skills at all levels of management -- presentation as well as personal, soft skills
Advanced Excel skills required
Project Management skills:
Project Management experience in the deployment of leading edge technologies in a complex commercial environment.
Achieved formal Project Management certification, ie PMP (Cisco preferred) or equivalent
Basic knowledge of routing, switching, internet, general network architecture, collaboration solutions, IoT and cloud technologies.
Demonstrate leadership skills and experience working with large project teams and strategic account teams.
Demonstrate a working knowledge of the sales process including risk assessment and scoping
Good understanding of prevailing frame/master agreements and contracts
Risk assessment skills
Demonstrate advanced negotiation and presentation skills
Understand organizational structures and their aims and processes
Advanced knowledge of office software especially excel
· Maintains extensive knowledge of product and service offerings (Product, CA: Core TSS, AS-T/AS-S, etc.)
