Cisco’s Service Provider Channel team helps our Service Provider customers (SPs) to drive topline revenue in the B2B market through their investment in Cisco technologies. It does so by working collaboratively with SPs to define and build innovative new B2B Managed Services and by leveraging our joint sales and marketing capabilities to accelerate end-user adoption of these services after launch.
The SP segment in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Russia (EMEAR) represents one of Cisco’s largest and most strategic channels to market for enterprise technologies. This market is transitioning from traditional premise-based B2B Managed Services to disruptive new Cloud and over-to-top services.
The EMEAR SP Channel team helps SPs navigate this shifting landscape, helping SPs to maximize growth in their traditional premise-based B2B Managed Services portfolios while launching new Cloud and software-based Managed Service services based on Cisco technologies.
What you will do
You will engage with SP Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Technology stakeholders and drive the successful insertion of innovative new Managed Services based on Cisco technologies.
You will work with Cisco systems engineers (SEs), technology specialists and account managers to successfully position, develop, build, pilot and launch these Managed Services and then seamlessly hand over to partner account managers to accelerate adoption of these Services in the market
Your responsibilities will include value proposition development, market requirements assessment, pricing, economic modelling, competitive analysis, technical and operational feasibility and go-to-market planning. Essentially, you will be the trusted Cisco partner to SP Product Management and advance the Managed Service through the SP’s New Product Introduction (“NPI”) process, from inception to business case approval to build, test and launch.
You will influence and align internal stakeholders such as Engineering, Marketing. Sales, Services, Capital and Finance to ensure that the Cisco value proposition meets SP and end user requirements.
You will strive to accelerate the SP’s time to market through the design and launch of innovative new Cloud, software-based and virtual Managed Services, leveraging and evangelizing the use of agile service creation processes whenever possible.
Through your work, you will contribute to the development and launch of the most innovative B2B services that will enhance productivity and end-user experience of businesses across the region.

You have extensive experience in all aspects of the Service Creation / NPI process, including market assessment, value proposition and business case development, platform build, test and operationalisation and go-to-market strategy development.
You have a good understanding of and practical experience in utilising agile methodologies to accelerate the traditional SP NPI process.
