What will you contribute?

We have a position available for a Regional Sales Manager in Stockholm. The role holder will be responsible for leading a team of experienced Sales Executives, while working an active book of business. This includes developing new business for named and developed accounts as well as maintaining existing client relationships across all the Finastra product lines.

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

Your deliverables as a Regional Sales Manager will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Build fundamental account plans, operational strategy and drive activity.

  • Be involved in all aspects of account management including: senior level relationship management, product demonstrations, contract negotiation, sales closing, product setup and delivery.

  • Generate leads through cold-calling, networking and various other prospecting techniques.

  • Determine qualified leads through evaluation of prospect requirements and development of a concise understanding of prospects’ decision-making processes and criteria.

  • Develop relationships with decision-influencing, senior executives within prospect organizations.

  • Work closely with the Pre-Sales team to coordinate product demonstrations and workshops for perspective clients.

  • Analyze and understand customer insights and market trends; adapt, communicate and evolve strategies based on these changes.

  • Travel to customer sites to conduct sales activities

  • Accurately forecast future business Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years management experience.

  • Strong solution sales professional with a proven record of achieving targets.

  • Relevant sales experience and strong existing client relationships.

  • Ideally, you will have a background in a global technology company familiar with complex, multi-level, consultative selling combined with the ability to operate in an entrepreneurial high-growth culture.

  • Experience in environments where the sales process involves multiple tiers of complex organizations and where the sales cycles are long and consultative.

  • Have the ability to conceptualize and build value propositions that deliver a compelling message.

  • Highly competent in delivering product presentations and managing client workshops and proof of concepts.

  • Commercially aware and possess excellent client facing and interpersonal skills. Candidate Attributes:
