Product Specialist Endoscopy Stockholm area, Sweden
The Job's Mission
We are currently recruiting for a Product Specialist for the Endoscopy division of Stryker Stockholm area in Sweden. Perfect location would be Stockholm. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong sales person who has a proven track record of sales achievements and has a passion for medical devices. This is opportunity to work with leading Sports Medicine products and in an interesting environment of visualisation with new technology. In this role you will:
Be responsible for the sales (Sports Medicine and Visualisation) and related activities covering your region
Focus on customer needs and relationship building in order to provide value to our customers.
Attain sales and profit in a region/or a specific product line.
Build and maintain strong and lasting customer relationships.
Plan, execute and monitor all measures necessary to guarantee achieving budget.
Provide customer care for (managerial) physicians, surgical/theatre staff and hospital administration with the goal of achieving qualitative and sales-oriented consultation
Organize and conduct training, surgical/theatre participation, view surgeries and workshops
Conduct price negotiations and contractual preparation within the limits of in-house guidelines, up to contract conclusion
Education in sales and marketing or health care
Local language and English skills mandatory.
Adequate IT-knowledge (E.g. Microsoft Office, Outlook)
Experience in sales (3-4 years) preferably from the medical industry
Relations with orthopaedic surgeons or general surgery in territory is clear advantage
