Lenovo Inside Channel Sales Representative with Finnish in Stockholm, Sweden

The Inside Channel Sales Representative is part of the regional SMB Channel organization. The Account Representatives will be based in a regional Telesales Centre maintaining the already existing good relationships between Partners and Lenovo as well as acquiring new Partners via the phone.


  • Focal point of contact of Lenovo for Small Medium Channel Partners;

  • Maximize Share of Wallet across all Business partners;

  • Work closely and align with the Distribution Account Management Team and ensure focus is on “Sell What’s Available Today” (SWAT);

  • Acquire new small business partners and drive whitespace;

  • Max productivity (ROI & E/R);

  • Manage sell-through with Distribution to achieve targets;

  • Leverage promos, incentive programs, offers, etc.

  • Business development with focus on Workstations, Servers and Services. - Ability to be flexible and creative in dealing with customers;

  • Demonstrated experience of managing multiple partner accounts

  • Fluent/Native in the language of supported country (Finnish) and fluent English;

  • Driven by working in a dynamic and challenging environment and able to prioritize tasks as per business value and company benefit;

  • Proven track record of sales experience, ideally in a Multinational Telesales environment is a plus;

  • Own relationship and end-to-end sales cycle;

  • Channel chain knowledge - Re-sellers, Distributor;

  • Highly persuasive and highly motivated;

  • Capacity to manage own Sales territory in a quantitative and qualitative way in order to find best combination to reach target;

  • Good IT sector knowledge;

  • Excellent communication skills, including a clear, confident speaking voice and a friendly rapport with customers;

  • Understand customer needs;

  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook.
