Account Manager in the assigned territory for Patient Monitoring and related solutions.
Philips, as the market leader within the business area of Patient Monitoring, is now strengthening our team with a dedicated Account Manager for our Monitoring & Analytics and Therapeutic Care solutions (MA&TC).
This position offers you the opportunity to play a vital role in increasing market penetration in Sweden and to the overall growth of our business. For our Monitoring & Analytics business the transformation means a broad approach to our customer needs including traditional patient monitoring as well as a large-scale, long-term solution approach covering a wide range of customer stakeholders including clinical, technical, IT and management.
As Account Manager you are responsible for maximizing order intake, sales, prices realization and customer satisfaction whilst developing and optimizing the customer relationship in order to ensure the long term profitability in the defined number of accounts.

In your role as Account Manager, you are self-going and driven with a desire to serve our customers throughout our region with world class products and solutions combined with best in class support.
As our Monitoring & Analytics and Therapeutic Care Account Manager you are responsible for all commercial activities in the your region, including;
Analyze and understand customer needs and drive sales efforts for our product portfolio.
Maximizing order intake, sales and price realization at the assigned accounts within the district.
Develop, maintain and improve relations with your accounts to keep or to set Philips as preferred supplier. The customer relationships are managed at multiple levels in the account’s organizations including the executive level interfaces.
Initiate and coordinate all Philips account team efforts to in order to provide strong value propositions and maximize the output of the sales group.
Creates, implements and executes on annual account plans in line with the market and district strategy and objectives
Contribute to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies.
Responsible for the sales forecast at the assigned accounts using our funnel management system (SFDC).
Understand customer business drivers and develop solutions that exceed customer expectations.
Translate the identified Philips solution for the opportunity into a value proposition and create a pricing strategy to support the proposition.
Build a strong internal network to support the delivery of value to our customers.
Create quotations to customers based on validated solutions and drive full scale public tenders.
As the MA&TC Account Manager you will be part of the Swedish Monitoring & Analytics and Therapeutic Care team, reporting to the Sales Manager MA&TC Sweden. The team is extensive and includes other Account Managers, Product/Business Specialists, Applications Specialists, Project Managers and Field Service Engineers with a high level of experience from both medical engineering and clinical work in hospital.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience;
Several years of experience and proven track record in a sales role in Healthcare or B2B environment.
Experience in the areas of Intensive Care, Anesthesia or General Ward and experience in solution selling as well as healthcare IT is preferred.
Results-oriented approach, high energy, balanced with a “take ownership” attitude based on teamwork and collaboration.
Ability to work with and develop opportunities to strong value proposition coupled with solid closing skills.
Ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels.
Good understanding of the overall healthcare system and its processes.
Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
Experience in public procurements.
Degree level education or equivalent.
Fluent in English, verbal and written in addition to local language.
Able to travel all over the region and occasionally internationally.
