You will be responsible for the generation of l sales revenue within a team of Application Sales Executives in Sweden. You will report to the Applications Sales Director in Sweden and work in a designated territory including enterprise accounts and prospects. Primary responsibilities will include: prospecting, business development, developing proposals, forecasting, negotiating, driving responses to RFPs, customer presentations, building reference accounts, and other sales and account management activities. You will also be accountable for delivering the assigned revenue and margin targets. A key requirement for success is the ability to work in a cross functional environment and represent the business throughout all levels internally and in to the market.
Developing a strategy and sales plan to address the designated industry sector
Defining appropriate Enterprise Sales Industry Value Propositions and drive the implementation of sales and marketing campaigns
Identifying and working with the appropriate people in Oracle and the Customer and Facilitating and nurturing Senior Management relationships to generate active sponsorship of Oracle
Maintaining an understanding of Oracle's strategic direction and interpreting its relevance to the industries in your territory
Maintaining an awareness of Oracle's current and future application products and services and keeping up to date with competitive activity
Generate and manage bids teams and produce an accurate weekly forecast and pipeline.
Lots of energy, drive for result and a winning attitude
5 years sales experience, preferably within ERP or other cloud based business applications
Bachelor degree or higher
Ability to master working in complex team selling environments.
Able to communicate at executive and CxO level
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills Swedish and English

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to a large number of named accounts/non-named accounts/geographical territory (mainly Tier 3 accounts).
Primary job duty is to sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers. Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 8 years applicable experience including 7 years of sales experience. Successful sales track record. Ability to penetrate accounts, meet with stakeholders within accounts. Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle
- s competitors. Interaction with C level players. Team player with strong interpersonal /communication skills. Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers. Travel may be needed. Bachelor degree or equivalent.
