AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals LP International Distribution Co-ordinator (Sweden or UK) - Fixed Term Contract in Södertälje, Sweden

Global Supply Chain and Strategy (GSC&S) leads the design, planning, and development of AstraZeneca’s supply chains to ensure we have the most efficient and effective ways of getting life-changing medicines to patients.
They work closely with our manufacturing sites, our Global External Sourcing organisation, and many other areas of the business to ensure we use our manufacturing sites in the best way and have a joined-up approach across our global supply chain.
The Toll International Distribution Co-ordinator (IDC) will be responsible for providing timely documentation to support supply between internal toll manufacturers and customers. This role is responsible for creating and maintaining Toll Outline agreements (contracts) for each toll manufacturer in line with guidance from the Toll Supply Chain Manager.
Location of the role is Södertalje (Sweden) or Macclesfield (UK). The roles is a 12 months secondment/fixed term contract.
In this role, you will be responsible for the timely creation of commercial and shipping invoices to Toll customers, AstraZeneca marketing companies, third party customers and other AstraZeneca operations sites. You will need to ensure that:
You proactively monitor the Toll mailbox and toll interfaces
Ensure that Market instructions and contacts are maintained and up to date
Invoices are received by the customer to allow import clearances to occur and stock to be receipted
You support the Toll Supply Chain Manager to resolve any issues
You will also ensure that SAP outline agreements are maintained for the Toll manufacturing sites and updates are carried out as prices are updated and yearly updates are completed in advance of any new annual orders being raised.
You will be responsible for providing other distribution and commercial documents to support the supply to customer process compliantly. Ensure that stock credits, credit and debit notes are created ,invoice cancellations are requested when required and proforma invoices are created to ship samples and any rebates, discounts and samples are managed in the Toll Principle Business system.
You will also provide support to the Toll Supply Chain Managers and Tolls Sites as required.
Experience of working in a customer focused environment
Used to working in a transactional high volume / high accuracy environment
Ability to work in a changing business environment
Ability to work collaboratively across teams to support the requirements of the role
SAP literate (or be able to demonstrate ability to work with other systems eg APO, QC Lims etc)
Strong cultural awareness skills.
