Volvo Group Manager Support Setup in Göteborg, Sweden
OEM Support & Processes is a department within Global Aftermarket at Volvo Penta.
We are now establishing a new position as Manager Support Setup within OEM Support & Processes that will together with the rest of Volvo Penta form our future support setup and be a part of our transformation journey while we are entering new fields within connectivity and electromobility. Together we will strengthen our capabilities to support our customers in these new areas.
We are now looking for a person with good knowledge within supporting customers in a global organization. You will participate and support our ongoing and upcoming projects and drive our support setup further. To be the right candidate for this position we believe that you have worked with setting up support organizations before and that you have a good feeling for the customer.

As one of our representatives from Global Aftermarket you will give input to projects and be part of our transformation as a company. This position includes areas such as working with business stakeholders, defining the way forward to meet new demands, driving support strategies, supporting product planning and product development and setting roadmaps for our support setup. While this is a new position this means that you will be able to help us form the position over time.
Wanted profile and skills
As a support setup manager we like to see that you have relevant experiences in areas such as support setup for both products and services. General knowledge about connected services and electromobility would be preferable as well as experience from Volvo and internal Volvo systems. As a person you have a strong personal driving force and willingness to collaborate within the different teams. You need to be perceptive, social and prestige less. We are in a global and complex business and it is important that you can build productive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the company. You will report to the Director of OEM support & processes within Volvo Penta Global Aftermarket and be part of choosing our way forward together with leaders and technology experts throughout the company.
This role requires a Master University degree or equivalent as the basis for your career. Along with strong support setup skills preferably within connected services and or electromobility, you need to be a good communicator and be able to collaborate effectively with colleagues globally. The successful candidate will have shown a winning attitude and great interest of learning new things in combination with a strong track record and references.
Location & Timeline
The position is based in Gothenburg, Sweden. Occasional travel is expected.
