Volvo Group CA Case Manager in Göteborg, Sweden
The Customer Adaptation is an important strategic area with the aim to support truck sales. We work actively and cross functionally with our counterparts both within Volvo Business Units and GTT and internally within GTO.
As a Customer Adaptation Engineer you will get involved with the complete truck and have a wide range of contacts both with GTO, GTT and Volvo Business Unit. You will review specific design changes requested from both internal and external customers.
We are looking for a Driven, Initiative taking, Structured and a true Team Player colleague who enjoys working in a team where dealing with challenges is seen as our major strength!
Responsibilities and main tasks will be:
To receive, investigate and analyze specific design request
To cooperate, lead and make decisions
To compile cost and lead time connected to the customer design requests
To plan CA activities for the order
To monitor and follow the quality of the design solutions
To contribute and participate in the product and process projects
To drive for the “best practice” in order to reach efficiency
Requirements for the position and competence needed:
To have a suitable education (preferably university degree)
