The Global Black Belt Partner Sales Executive is a senior solution sales professional within our enterprise sales organization with a special focus

on advanced workloads. The PSE will accelerate and scale Microsoft’s share with Azure IoT solutions through Device, SI and ISV partners to drive solution sales, cloud consumption and partner business transformation.

Recruit and manage targeted partner capacity for end to end IoT solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure IoT platform. Take ownership of depth partner recruitment, enablement and co-selling with top 2-4 partners per geography. In addition to sales, lead partners to drive repeatable consumption of the portfolio of Azure IoT services with a particular focus on Azure IoT Suite, Azure IoT Hub, Machine Learning, Stream Analytics and HD Insights.

As the subject matter expert, collaborate closely with marketing and engineering teams and lead local resources to scale recruitment, enablement, activation and solution repeatability. Leverage existing partner focused programs and resources ot ensure a positive Customer and Partner Experience (CPE) that can be leveraged in future sales engagements.

Experiences Required: Education, Key Experiences, Skills and Knowledge:

  • Proven record of effective account management: planning, opportunity qualification and creation, stakeholder and executive communication, needs analysis, value engineering, services/partner engagement, opportunity management, pipeline management, large dollar licensing and deal negotiation.

  • Demonstrated experience and expertise selling to senior business decision makers by aligning & reinforcing the value of the solution to the customer’s overall business pain and/or strategic opportunities and decision criteria.

  • Strong knowledge of enterprise software solutions and platform competitor landscape

  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and the ability to leverage partner solutions to solve customer needs.

  • Ability to orchestrate and influence virtual teams to pursue sales opportunities and lead v-teams through influence

  • Preferred - Azure-related sales experience through partners with proven track record of driving cloud solution deployment and consumption.

  • Preferred - Vertical market experience in one or more of the following: Manufacturing, Healthcare, Logistics, Smart Infrastructure

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred
