Within our HR Information Management team, we are responsible for maintaining, analyzing and improving employee information included in the Human Capital Management System (HCMS) for the entire Sandvik Group. We support the organization and continuously improve structures and processes toproduce excellentreporting and information quality.We are implementing a new global HR system to enhance the experience and user-friendliness for our managers and employees.We are currently looking for an organized and solution-oriented HR Information Management Specialist. This position is preferably located in Sandviken, but other locations within Sweden may be open for discussion.

Job Summary

As an HR Information Management Specialist, you work together with our team to maintain, analyze and improve the HR information quality. You act as an important speaking partner by coordinating and supporting the business in resolving HR information quality issues. You ensure that HR information standards, processes and routines are aligned with the overall directives for Sandvik Group and you support our common global HR objectives by simplifying concepts and proactively networking to ensure that collected data is accurate, timely and provided by the right source. You also create and prepare reports on data summaries, changes and trends and present these to relevant stakeholders, and assure that the business has relevant tools and data available for advanced HR analytics.

Additionally, you collaborate with our business stakeholders and Sandvik IT in working with upgrades and continuous improvements within master data, reporting and data compliance. An important task in this position is to actively engage in the transition from our current HCMS PeopleSoft to Workday, a project taking place during the end of 2017 and throughout 2018. As one of our future Workday experts you will do system configurations and support the business with HCMS expertise.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with relevant knowledge and experience for the position – you have previously worked in a relevant environment with analyzing data as well as creating structure and reports. An understanding of HR-processes is considered advantageous but most important is your genuine interest for IT systems and configurations. As we operate in an international setting, you must have excellent skills in English, in both speaking and writing.
