The location for this position is Stockholm, Sweden. Some travel is part of the job.
In this position, you plan and organize your executive’s daily life within the company. It is an exposed role - requiring constant attention and involving many contacts, both internally and externally. You proactively provide service and act as a gate keeper for your executive and take initiatives to improve the efficiency and quality of the work performed. Besides supporting in various administrative tasks and being responsible for your executive’s agenda, you coordinate activities and manage conferences related to it, including gathering information, preparing material and documenting outcomes. You work in close cooperation with the CEO’s Executive Assistant to jointly deliver consistent service to both the CEO and the CFO. Also, you are an active member of the assistants’ network within the Sandvik Group.
We are looking for a very experienced executive assistant. You have previously worked in a similar role, assisting a CFO, or other senior executive, and a background within the financial sector is preferred. As we act in a truly global setting, your communication skills in Swedish and English must be excellent, both verbally and in writing.
You are characterized by a positive attitude and a natural talent for service. With good judgment and high integrity, you work methodically and ensure accuracy, always staying two steps ahead and being full of ideas when it comes to solving problems. You are confident, outgoing and unassuming and take great pride in delivering on time. It’s crucial you stay calm in stressful situations, yet you have the ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice. You are also a team player with an exceptional talent for networking and communicating with people from different cultures and settings, and you enjoy acting in an ever-changing environment where your flexibility and ability to multitask are very important.
