In order to further develop our performance levels, we are now looking for a Competence Manager for Product Area (PA) Tube. Join us in a key strategic role for our business where you will enjoy an exciting and diverse environment having multiple global interactions, influencing the whole organization of PA Tube and establishing the tone for the future.

The location for this position is flexible within one of our Sandvik sites globally.

Job Summary

We aim to have motivated employees who deliver results and contribute successfully with their own experiences and expertise. As our Competence Manager, you are appointed to work for all PA Tubes employees globally. You lead and create an inspiring work environment by identifying and developing relevant training sessions to enable all our employees to grow and develop according to what the business needs. To meet the increased demand for learning and competence management within the organization, we have established this global role with the aim of strengthening organizational performance, individual development and ultimately customer value.

Travel is a natural part of your assignment and you report to the Head of HR for PA Tube.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with a degree in HR, Business Administration or other relevant area. You have solid work experience, including influencing positions, and a proven track record of delivering results. Experience of competence development is a necessity for success in this position, and you have previously worked with implementation of development and training programs, as well as creating and improving a learning culture. Knowledge and experience from working with digitalization within the above areas is a valuable advantage. As we act in the international arena, you have great communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
