FIS Front Arena

At FIS Front Arena in Stockholm we have been building systems for financial trading, risk management and position control for 30 years. Our systems enable banks, hedge funds and other financial institutions make critical decisions with confidence, execute their orders and follow up their positions independent of the asset class: stocks, commodities, rates or FX. Whether the trade is done through an exchange or over the counter, we’ve got it covered. But that’s just part of the story. In short, we support the whole electronic trading process from sell-side to buy-side and front-to-back.

Your role

You will be responsible for three of our most important client facing support teams based in Stockholm, that serve our major client base in Europe, Middle East, and Africa. The team’s support our industry leading portfolio and risk management software from a functional and technical perspective plus the electronic trading support team.

As a senior manager of the teams you will be challenged with a wide range of tasks, spanning from day to day management of the team’s workload to developing individual’s careers at the firm and also being the team’s strong voice into the development teams that are co-located in the office.

In this cross-functional team, you will take full responsibility for implementing the long term success of the teams and service they deliver and drive continuous improvements and innovation to our client base.

As a people leader to the teams, they will expect a strong direction to be clearly laid in front of them, allowing them to implement the strategy we have in place in order to sustain the strong growth we are experiencing.

Building strong relationships with our client base and also senior management within the internal organization are both critical to the role’s success.

You have

Will be an experienced people leader, able to provide direction to large and diverse support teams with a passion develop your staff to achieve their maximum potential. Must be an excellent communicator, very well organized and able to build strong relationships with other senior managers.• M Sc. Degree.• 8+ years of people management experience• Drive to deliver high quality service in a fast-paced environment
