The position is in the Formats & Functionality section in the Bioprocess Media Department in R&D. The role is to strengthen the team with competence around the sections different application areas as well as adjacent areas. The position would support product development and market support activities initially with a focus on continuous processing.
This role includes project and line activities with a focus on continuous chromatography purification of proteins that will support both new product introductions, market support and sales support
As part of a team you will plan and deliver the team's commitments
Perform laboratory investigations - on your own or as a team - through planning, execution and analysis of results
Take part in defining customer needs and verifying them
Present, orally and in writing, results and conclusions from studies performed
The position is a temporary position for 12 Month. Start date: as soon as possible.

Significant working experience with purification and analysis of proteins using ÄKTA, Unicorn and GE Healthcare Chromatography media
University education in Biotechnology, Biochemistry or related area
Structured and organized team player with good interpersonal skills with attention to details
Flexible and good track record to deliver according to deadlines
English and Swedish as working languages with good communication skills (both written and spoken)
Knowledge about vaccines, plasmids and other macromolecules
Experience in using GE Healthcare products is a merit
Relevant Industrial and project team experience
Knowledge of cell culture and upstream development
Good understanding of Bioprocess applications
