Cross Nordics HR support to the Nordics based HR team (Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark). Coordination and operational support in local HR processes and systems to enable the Nordics HR team to focus on providing guidance the organization. Support and continuously improve local HR processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR admin support to Nordic markets

  • PO administration

  • Support and continuously improve administrative HR processes

  • Be responsible for the documentation and updating processes and interface with internal stakeholders and third party suppliers as well as local authorities, unions

  • Own the Nordics HR related intranet content, continuously review and update content, suggest improvements and act as contact point with MBS intranet owners

  • Responsible for internal HR reporting, HC reporting and time reporting at local and Nordic level

  • Administer and update the FLEX tracking - time and attendance

  • Co-ordinate HR and local payroll in Nordics touch points

  • Managing and interpreting the collective agreement, medical certificate, overtime coverage

  • Be responsible for documenting, updating and cleaning up HR systems

  • Manage contracts and archiving documentation

Key Requirements:

  • Post secondary education specialising in business administration/human resources or equivalent work experience

  • Strong administrative background, or proven years of experience in similar role

  • Extensive system knowledge within HR systems such as: SAP, SharePoint and MS Office

  • Fluent in English and Finnish language - written and spoken

  • Fluent in Swedish language is nice to have
