American Express Finnish speaking Customer Care Professional in Sweden, Sweden
In the role as Finnish Speaking Customer Care Professional at American Express Customer Service you will receive incoming calls of various types from our customers. The calls can vary from easier general questions to more complex questions about invoices, insurances and benefits. In addition to responding to customer questions and resolve customer cases, you work proactively by providing relevant recommendations to create added value for the customer. The work also involves administration and case management in our systems.
We are looking for someone with previous experience of working with service. You are passionate about service and have great social skills. We set high goals at American Express and are therefore looking for someone who is focused and is working hard to achieve set goals. You are initiative and enjoy working in a fast pace. The employment begins with eight weeks of training starting in January 2018. During the training you will receive both theoretical and practical training. You will eventually grow into this role and will be given good opportunities and conditions to provide top-class service and earn bonuses in our bonus program.
