Position Summary You will be part of an international SW development team that develops automation test environment used for Ericsson Radio Verification. Together with the rest of the PDU Radio QRM (Quality and Release management) teams, you contribute in guarding the quality of Ericsson Radio products delivered worldwide. The organization is operational in multi-site in Kista, Lindholmen, Ottawa and Beijing. You as a team member will be responsible for developing automation test cases for all relevant Radio verification areas (eg.RPV, EMC, environmental etc) in line with world standardized or internal specifications. As a developer you will analyze requirements, design/validate via programming, support and resolve user issues, also drive continuous improvement. The work is based in Kista but you will have the opportunity to work in other sites for a period of time.

Position Qualifications Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

  • M. Sc in Computer Science, Telecommunication, EE or similar

  • Minimum 2 years SW Development experience

  • You have a genuine interest in SW development/programming and a strong will to devote to this area

  • You are self-motivated, like problem solving and drive for high performance

  • You are a great team player

  • Fluent in both spoken and written English

Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

  • You have excellent programming skills

  • Experiences in LabView, JAVA, JCAT programming is a big plus

  • Good knowledge or experiences in Radio Access Technology is a big plus

  • Good knowledge of 4G,5G, OTA testing is a merit

  • You are willing to share knowledge, help others and drive improvements

  • You are curious and innovative. You are a fast learner.
