Role Summary and Key Responsibilities

At a high level, this sales management person will have a team to work a prospect base to drive new OEM business in their assigned territory within the Dell EMEA region. Learn more at

  • Ability to manage, lead and motivate a remote team is a must!

  • Demonstrate and teach proactive outbound calling of prospect lists to find and qualify sales opportunities

  • Assist in winning new business at OEM based Customers

  • Achieve quarterly financial targets, metrics & objectives

  • Interpret, predict and report forecast number on a weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly basis

  • Familiarity with complex, non-standard technical solutions is a plus

  • Deliver a great customer experience

  • Ability toCommunicate and sell Dell's full range of products and services

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years strong sales management experience and a proven track record in account management

  • Strong drive for results, while retaining a focus on consistently delivering a great customer experience

  • Ability to lead a team and cope with change and ambiguity

  • Excellent solution selling skills

Desirable Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge desirable

  • OEM Market Experience

  • Ability to report and analyze numbers and forecasts
