Now we are looking for an experienced Sales Leader to drive our Data Center team and business in Sweden.

Job Description:

This position will be responsible for leading a sales team to develop and execute on an aggressive customer retention, development and acquisition strategy for Lenovo's Data Center accounts across Sweden. The ideal candidate must have the ability to form and develop high level relationships with large corporate technology customers.

The Sales Leader will lead a team of Account Managers and Systems Engineers in country; managing and maintaining new and existing account relationships and delivering on aggressive sales objectives selling Lenovo's Data Center Portfolio including: Lenovo System x and ThinkServer x86 servers; enterprise storage, software and services. This position is responsible for overall coverage and go-to- market strategy, coaching the sales team, creative thinking and problem solving, and providing thought leadership with our business partner community.

Monitoring and driving team performance is a key responsibility of this role. The successful candidate will have proven ability using a structured business management system to run a high performance sales team.

  • Track record of interfacing at C-level with large customers, minimum of 5 years proven sales experience within IT preferred

  • Strategic acumen gained from managing large and complex relationships.

  • Exposure to sales forecasting, self-management, team working and time management

  • The ability to formulate, negotiate and close large and complex deals

  • Strong business development experience of growing and expanding revenue within an account portfolio
