Hexagon PPM has an immediate opportunity for an Sales Executive to drive the direct sales of Hexagon PPM's technically sophisticated PPM products in Sweden.

The Sales Executive will serve customers by selling Hexagon PPMs software products and meeting customer needs.

The position will achieve maximum sales profitability and growth within Sweden by effectively selling the company’s software products and/or related services.

The position will personally contact and secure new business accounts/customers.

  • Account development and management, growth of existing accounts within an established regional geographic territory or industry market segment,

  • Apply extensive knowledge of products, pricing plans, competition and selling skills to determine the best method of obtaining sales, servicing the customer, and increasing market or account penetration,

  • Work with new and existing customers to meet their business needs as well as work with the internal sales and support teams to prepare sales presentations and proposals,

  • Capture sales activities and information into corporate sales tracking systems,

  • Report directly to the Sales Manager of this area

The candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of the sales process needed to sell complex solutions.

  • 8+ years of successful business to business sales experience including growing major accounts and new market development,

  • Experience with Process, Power, Marine or related industries is a plus,

  • Experience with software (Plant, AEC or PLM) and IT related services is preferred,

  • Prior experience developing and maintaining strategic relationships with executive level customer contacts,

  • Candidate will have a track record of meeting quarterly and annual sales goals,

  • Proven ability to identify and capture business, and close large business transactions,

  • Must have excellent presentation and communication skills.

  • Fluent in Swedish and English

The role will be home based with extensive travel.
