Nordic Sales Manager to lead a successful team based in

Leading and delivering the revenue forecasted target with alignment of the wider company goals and objectives and building and implementing a strategy for continual success.
Managing weekly, quarterly & bi-yearly pipeline/outlook forecast.
Build and maintain a balanced mix of new and existing business across portfolio of products & services to maximise new business opportunities
Build awareness of current market & work with marketing team to deliver specific campaigns to drive awareness and increase market share.

The Solutions Manager is expected to conduct regular 1:1s as well as team meetings and supports the team members in their Individual Development Programs (IDP)
5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience/leadership experience.
Proven track record driving sales, preferably with a history in back-up, recovery and Data Protection.
Drive activity levels for your team (weekly customer engagements, sales plays execution, events invitations and leads follow-up).
Advanced ability to communicate technical concepts,designs, program strategies, and tactics clearly.
Advanced level of solutions and technical knowledge and strong understanding of customer/industry climate.
Excellent communication skills in English and any Nordic languages, verbal and in writing are required.
