Preferred Qualifications

The

Consulting F&B Programme Manager is responsible for the successful

implementation of multiple projects as an integrated whole, delivering the

total business solution on time and within budget and to customer satisfaction.

The Program Manager directly manages and is held accountable for large,

complex, high risk projects or programs that require a high degree of

cooperation and/or coordination among multiple countries, areas, regions,

service offers and lines of business. The Program Manager is responsible for

all aspects of a project – cost, schedule, and expectations – plus business

development and growth objectives for the account over a multi-year period. The

Program Manager has ultimate responsibility for the most strategic or

tactically important projects.

The

Program Manager builds a true partnership with senior customer and

executives. In addition, the Program

Manager establishes strategic alliances with vendors, subcontractors, etc. In addition, the Program Manager articulates

strategy to customers and influences solutions or line of business strategies.

This role will be responsible for managing customer implementation projects for our Hospitality Global Business in the Nordics.

manage significant project recoveries to minimize exposure on projects or programs

thresholds and/or is potentially compromising customer satisfaction

work across many projects as a project management mentor to Project Managers

and Program Managers to ensure project quality and results

  • Food& Beverage or Hospitality industry knowledge is an advantage

  • EMEAregion travel is required

PreferredRequirements

  • PMI - ProjectManager Professional (PMP) Certification, Internal Project ManagementCertification. Prince 2 Practitioner, Agile or equivalent

  • Proficiencywith project-based tools such as Word, Excel, Project, as well as others

  • 5years experience as a Senior Project Manager

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Senior-level implementation project professional who manages complex relationships with client site during entire Implementation phase. Tracks and coordinates all moving pieces of the Implementation from start to end. 1st level of escalation for onsite installation team.

Manages Implementation Service deliverables throughout installation project including milestones and project schedule. Develops and maintains consistent standards for project delivery. Reviews project proposals. Confers with implementation team, management or account management to locate the appropriate parties to provide technical advice. Creates and communicates status reporting for both internal and external purposes. Manages project closure and handoff to Account Manager and Help Desk.

8-10 years of experience relevant to this position. Prior project team leadership or management experience. Demonstrated ability to follow solid project management principles. Strong communication skills to deal with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors. Ability to travel as needed.
