ICT Asset Manager GIC Rosersberg

Job Summary As an ICT Asset Manager you will be expected to ensure that the required value (quality, speed and flexibility) is provided by managing one or more phases of the asset’s lifecycle that includes CAPEX Investment Management, Asset Registration Management, Utilization Management and Surplus Management. You may also have responsibilities to manage asset data in a multi-sourced IT environment.

Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Planning, Forecasting and Approval of CAPEX investments

  • Registration of all assets in the Asset Management Systems and Tracking

  • Planning, Forecasting and Reporting Utilization of all assets

  • Surplus management including scrapping of assets

  • Manage and Track usage of assets in a multi-sourced IT environment

  • Performance optimization

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

  • Around 5 years of relevant experience.

  • Experience from production planning, logistics or production

  • Supply Chain & Supply Process knowledge

  • HW and SW Life cycle management

  • Good written and spoken English skills, is a pre-requisite for the position, as is a good general IS/IT competence level

Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

  • Good skills to co-ordinate teams and team leading skills

  • LEAN and Agile WoW
