Hilton Human Resources Manager in Stockholm, Sweden
We are looking for an engaged and competent HR Manager to our fantastic hotel in Stockholm.As Human Resources Manager with us you will be responsible for all Human Resources related activities. This includes talent management, succession planning, learning & development training, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations and health initiatives.
You are a part of the operational management team andhave one direct reporting HR coordinator, you will report to the General Manager and to our Regional HR Director.
What will I be doing?
We would like you to perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
·Support managers with expertise in all HR related issues
·Ensure compliance with Swedish labor law
·Oversee the payroll process, provide managers with tools and support for payroll control
·Ensure salary reviews are managed in line with company guidelines, collective agreement andSwedish legislation
·Manage succession planning with senior managers during the appraisal process
·Build a strong career and succession planning system to retain and develop talent
·Plan and forecast the talent requirements for the hotel to support its business plans
·Support managers in the recruitment process to attract the best candidates
·Implement training and development strategies to continuously improve performance and customer service
·Ensure completion of training in line with Hilton brand standards
·Work proactive with wellness to ensure healthy teams and monitor absence/sick leave
·Implement global initiated HR-projects
·Prepare, conduct and follow up opinion surveys
·Manage employee relations in a confidential manner

To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the following attitude, skills, and values:
·Previous HR managerial experience, desirable within hospitality sector
·Preferably experience from working in a global company
·Good knowledge of Swedish labor law/legislation
·Experienced in preparing and conducting negotiations with unions
·Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, both in Swedish and English
·Comfortable with conducting trainings and presentations
·University degree in Human Resources or equivalent
·Strong commercial acumen
·A passion for leadership and the vision to create a winning team
·Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
·Ability to work under pressureand effectively handle multiple demands
