We are now looking for a technical support specialist for our HD2-team in Bromma, Stockholm.

HD2 System Specialist


HD2 -team is responsible for handling and resolving system failures

related to software, software upgrades for oil companies, event

information processing, and support for our field maintenance personnel.

We also use remote monitoring tools for proactive maintenance. Typical

equipment requiring Help Desk 2 support are Point of Sale, Back Office,

Outdoor Payment terminals, Tank Gauge and Fuel pumps. It will also

involve internal IT support of personal computers, telephones and

printers etc.

The focus of the job is in multichannel customer

service. You will manage day-to-day client interaction, monitor and

receive service level notifications from the ticketing system and by

telephone and solve them independently but as part of the team.

The work will contain some evening and weekend shifts on-call.

What will it take to succeed?


have an interest for mechanical tinkering combined with experience

working in a technical environment, so you are comfortable talking to

customers on their knowledge level. You have a solid grasp on basic IT

software and hardware and know your way around networks with your

understanding of switches, routers, subnets, servers and windows


You are a dedicated customer service professional, who

thrives working in a team and providing support for teammates. You enjoy

creative problem-solving and you have the resilience to drive for

solutions even when there’s no easy answers. Fluent Swedish and English

help you in a multicultural environment.

A successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in a technical work environment (IT department or Helpdesk)

  • Experience in structured analysis and troubleshooting

  • Technical understanding: Windows, PC hardware, Network, firewall and Servers

  • Strong communication skills
