PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The Install Base Oracle Talent Acquisition (Taleo EnterpriseRecruiting) / HCM Solution Consultant is a customer-focused consultativeposition working primarily with our existing clients.
In this role, you will help drive the implementation andadoption of our HCM Cloud solutions. The Install Base HCM Solution Consultantpossesses advanced knowledge of Oracle Talent Acquisition, HCM & TalentManagement Cloud software solutions and participates in sales cycles supportingthe Customer Success Team. A HCM Solution Consultant interacts primarily withexisting customers through discovery conversations, product solutiondemonstrations & process healthcheck exercises.

Understand the needs and pains of the customerand then to link them to a set of products/solutions provided by Oracle
Ability to develop compelling business cases,with benefits and measurable metrics and value propositions to be presented toour install client base.
Ability and passion to craft value-addedsolutions for a diverse group of demanding and forward thinking clients.
Must possess ability to translate clientrequirements and their current experiences in the system to realistic andviable solutions.
Create, present and delivermeetings/presentations/seminars and events as required
Respond to tenders, RFI’s, RFP’s, proposals withrespect to product/solution information
Maintain understanding and awareness of allrelevant competitive products in the marketplace.
Demonstrate leadership abilities and superiorpresentation skills in a multi-cultural environment.
Create and maintain relationships with keyproduct stakeholders like Product Marketing, Development, Strategy, Partners,etc.
Ability to discuss key industry issues atmultiple levels (C-Level to Functional Managers)
Proficient with current and upcoming SaaStechnology
Deep knowledge of the broad Oracle TalentAcquisition (Taleo Enterprise Recruiting), HCM and Talent Management Cloudproduct pillars with the drive to be a product knowledge expert and desire tobe the go-to guru for a particular product within the suite
Demonstrated and natural desire to achieve highlevels of customer satisfaction
Ability to work independently or in a team environment
Ability to handle multiple tasks under tightdeadlines
Self motivated and able to work under pressure.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Effective presentation skills with competencepresenting both live and via WebEx to diverse audiences from first-level /inexperienced users to senior level executive sponsors.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
College degree or proven work experience
CIPD certification desired WORK EXPERIENCE
Preferred 3-5 years of HCM | Talent Managementdomain experience
Preferred 2-4 years of Oracle Talent Acquisition(Taleo Recruiting) |HCM | Talent Management Cloud knowledge
Prefer 3-5 years of experience demonstrating,positioning and communicating the benefits of packaged software applications
Preferred 3-5 years experience as an implementation consultant, HRTransformation project manager, or pre-sales consultant
Experience in sales and sales processes
Preferred competitive background experience withOracle, ADP, Cornerstone, SAP, Workday, Kenexa, Ultimate or Lawson
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business. Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sell.
As a Senior Sales Consultant you will be responsible for providing presales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision. Acts as a technical resource for less experienced Sales Consultants. Develop and deliver high quality standard Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits, product future direction and overall Oracle solutions. Design, validate, and present Oracle software solutions to include advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party complimentary products. Develop and manage reference sites through high quality technical, professional client relationships.
Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. May have project lead role. 5 years vendor (sales and marketing) experience. 5 years relevant computer applications or database/tools. Demonstrated proficiency in one multi-user operating system. Through knowledge of system and application design. Strong verbal and written communication skills: needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques. Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems with accounts in complex technical environments. Ability to travel as needed. BS degree or equivalent; advanced degree desirable.
