The candidate will preferably by located in the western part of Sweden greater Gothenburg area, supporting western and southern part of Sweden.

As a field service engineer, you will work at a variety of labs, so having a solid understanding of Agilent’s portfolio, and continuously learning about new instruments, software and consumables, is key. You will be working with colleges in the three Nordic countries, supported by a global specialist team located in Glostrup.

Applying your creativity, complex problem-solving skills, and can-do attitude is essential. Compliance and reporting are also important responsibilities, such as documenting and ordering components using a variety of databases. Having an instinct to deliver the highest-levels of customer service is vital. The Nordic + Poland Diagnostic service team will be including you be seven people six Field service engineers, and your manager. Eight Agilent Service Partners also makes up the instrument support function.

Qualifications

You've got the practical experience and customer focus. Here's where you take it further. Your problem-solving approach and ability to build productive working relationships with the customer will enable you to thrive here-- Reduce broad concepts, business strategies into structured projects. Lead the identification of new business opportunities, programs; act as the key technical contributor. Solve complex, high impact problems related to product availability; typically, system/ solution focused.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with typically 9 to 15 years of practical experience

  • Candidates with additional Skills in the arear of hospital infrastructure, servers and application connectivity will have an advantage

  • Experience from the Life Science or Pharma industry is an advantage

  • Post-graduate and/or certification / license may be required
