Becton, Dickinson & Company (BD)/CareFusion has a position for an experienced Field Sales Representative for the Stockholm area, Västernorrland, Gävleborg, Dalarna, Uppsala, Södermanland, Västmanland, Östergötland and Gotland Counties.

CareFusion is a leading provider of infusion pumps and has created a department to focus on a specific product range – Alaris®. This is the wordwide market leading solution and this role will be tasked with leveraging existing relationships as well as being the link between CareFusion and our customers.

Job Description

Main responsibilities

  • Tender management

  • Convert key opportunities into sales

  • Prospect, develop and manage B2B segment to commercialize the full product range of – Alaris® Products

  • Increase the turnover of key accounts and develop the number of customers in targeted segments

  • Builds strong relationships and position BD’s/CareFusion’s strategic value proposition with senior level decision makers and key influencers.

  • CRM management and daily reporting

  • Manage pricing strategies in accordance with company objectives and goals.

  • Ensuring continued sales growth (Month, Quarter, Year)

  • Support and develop plans/programs to ensure long term sales growth (multi-year contract management, establishment of commercial partnerships)

  • Develops and maintains a high level of regional/national knowledge regarding trends in the market and Healthcare systems

  • Understands priorities, offerings and strategies of all BD business units

  • Gather and share market knowledge

Job Specific Skill Requirements


  • Degree level qualification or equivalent

Experience and knowledge

  • 3- 5 years of proven sales experience in a business to business activity.

  • Sales experience within healthcare environment with Capital equipment preferred.

  • Experience selling value added products in a competitive environment requiring significant follow-up in service, supply and quality.

  • Proven track record in Business development and tender management.

  • Has sufficient clinical knowledge, preferably in the field of Infusion Therapy.
