Lenovo EMEA Mid Market Channel Sales Director in Stockholm, Sweden

Senior Leadership role with P&L; responsibility to run a best in class Mid-Market Sales organization, developing growth plans, driving revenue, market share as well as sustainable profit pools and high productivity together with developing a top performance Mid-market leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

Business Management

  • Full P&L; Responsibility for EMEA Mid Market business results (P&L;, revenue, margin, Expenses)

  • Translate Mid-Market strategy into effective execution & sales plans to achieve FY aspiration budget

  • Develop solid business plans (short /mid /long term)

  • Drive team to sales execution and BMS

Business Model

  • Ensure efficient execution of the model (key model success indicators) and unique model integrity

  • Develop and maintain a trust relationship with Territory leaders and SMB leaders . Ensure involvement & collaboration on all fronts (business , people)

  • Increase model understanding and adoption within Lenovo‚Äôs business culture

  • Continuous improvement of the model and evolution to best in class : Process, Tools , data , reports . Investigate and understand market best practices or develop innovative ideas

  • Owns E2E Mid market Sales process definition and execution

  • Ensure all enablement process are in place and effective: product , pricing , marketing , sales enablement, IT, sales plans and model buy in from relevant functions

  • Define effective sales incentive plans and on g going sales animation for an effective sales center type organization

  • Develop and maintain relationship with key Alliances (ie Intel and Microsoft)

Organization

  • Maintain tight control of organizational execution : Rotation metrics , focus on hiring pipeline, performance management and serve as escalation path for all HR issue resolution

  • Work with HR to ensure HR process are adapted for a Sales Center type environment

  • Continuous optimization of organization and set up rework where needed

  • Develop best in class telesales force with focus on high performance leadership team

  • Strong business acumen : proven end user or channel senior sales management

  • Strategic planning and long term vision while execution on short term plans

  • Strong leadership skills to collaborate and influence buy in and support across Lenovo stakeholders, channel partners and suppliers to manage profitable business.

  • Very strong communication and relationship skills

  • Solid planning , financial and analytical skills.

  • Project Management capabilities to drive continuous model improvement
