For this position we are looking for a Developer to strengthen our Baseband Infrastructure (BBI) development. BBI provides execution environment, tools, and high level programming model for our many-core platform. This is the foundation for Ericsson fifth generation mobile systems (5G) but also part of the 4G, 3G and 2G systems. You will be part of a high performing development team and create a large contact network within both SW and HW development.

You will have the possibility to contribute in a number of different areas as Developer of e.g. operating system, compiler, debugger or higher level abstractions of the many core architecture, the base for the 5G baseband architecture. You will also interact with several Open Source projects such as LLVM, GDB, Eclipse etc.

  • Design, test, deploy, maintain and refactor code

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge in general purpose programming languages such as C/C++, Java and Python
  • Excellent knowledge in Linux environments
  • MSc level in Computer Science or equivalent level of knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English
  • 5 years of experience in advanced programming

Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirements

  • Knowledge in GIT and Gerrit
  • Knowledge in CI concepts and tools such as Jenkins
  • Knowledge in programming of embedded systems
