Lenovo Account Manager in Stockholm, Sweden

Job Description The position holder will be responsible for our dedicated set of Channel / SMB accounts. This individual will be managing account relationships through senior level engagements. The role will also develop penetrating sales strategies for profit and pricing proposals, as well as communicate and understand Total Cost of Ownership, industry trends, and critical success factors for an effective rollout. The Sales Representative will also be engaged with extended teams in responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals), product transition plans, and resource planning.

Key responsibilities

  • Create contact and establish relationships with customers face to face

  • Understand the customers’ IT and business needs

  • Sell Lenovo products and solutions to new customers

  • Offers/Tenders, negotiations and follow-up

  • Forecasting and Reporting

Success factors

  • Consistent achievement of weekly and quarterly sales quota

  • Ability to up-sell and cross-sell across Think products, options and services

  • A number of customer visits per week with reasons of visit, agenda and action plans

  • Proven ability to build relationships and to identify / work with Key Decision makers

Essential Experience & Key skills

  • 3-5 year proven track record in prospecting, qualifying, and closing new targeted competitive accounts

  • An entrepreneurial approach that is imaginative, smart, passionate, and approachable.

  • Experience in dealing with C level executives,

  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills

  • Leadership and the ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements concurrently.

  • Self-motivated and pro-active mentality

  • Energetic, sales driven attitude and a “must win” attitude

  • Proven face to face sales track record
