IT Support Finland and Sweden

Location: Espoo Finland

We are looking for an experienced in-house IT support to cover both Finland and Sweden.

Your task is to support the Corporate IT Business community, providing first level dispatch, second level support and assist management team with day to day operations of the group. You will also be the one who receives, assesses, troubleshoots and escalates support requests.

Key responsibilities

  • Have full understanding of call Tracking systems and ability to log/update/close tickets, prioritize issues and balance workloads bringing customer problems to full resolution

  • Identify incorrect process flows within the tracking system and influence change as Serve as a front line interface to users

  • Recommend hardware and software solutions to the customer and the business unit Able to diagnose problems and fully support (install, troubleshoot, configure and repair) a variety of internal and third party applications for client workstations and servers in both the desktop and lab environments

  • Assist in testing applications, serv Implement and install wide-scale data communication networks (wired and wireless) for internal company needs

  • Implement and install Voice/Telecom systems, voice messaging system and deploy new phone and voice mail extensions

Essential requirements

  • 5+ years experience in in-house IT support or related work

  • A full understanding of protocols (TCP/IP and subnetting), VPN, and basic commands from the command prompt (ipconfig, tracert, etc.)

  • Possess full understanding of installing, troubleshooting, configuring, and repairing Windows client/server

  • Fluent in English, Finnish and/or Swedish
