JOB DESCRIPTION:

Sales Executive Abbott Informatics (Nordics)

Abbott Informatics (AI) sells Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and offers state of the art web-based solutions to a broad range of clients. AI Nordics is based in Solna, Sweden, and is looking to grow its team with a technically savvy and driven Sales Executive for the Nordics region.

Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunitiesand maintain a strong sales funnel.

  • Generate new LIMS software business by effectively managing leads andopportunities

  • Work closely with sales specialist to deliverexcellentproductpresentations.

  • Design and deliverunique solutions that result inimprovedoutcomes for customer.

  • Responsible for selling total solutions to target; non-enterprise accounts (high-risk / upselling renewals; new business)

  • Establish and build deep understanding of customer, stakeholder needs and the competitive landscape.

  • Analyze impact of market trends and factors on customers

  • Develop strategic account plans for closing deals and achieving sales goals

  • Negotiating long term contracts

Re q uired skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

  • Ability to comprehend industry specific laboratory workflows (Forensics, Quality / Manufacturing, Public Health, or Clinical).

  • 2 years industry experience in a laboratory or science-based industry with knowledge of Laboratory Informatics

  • 2+ years enterprise software sales experience and excellent negotiation skills

  • 25% travel

  • Excellent command of Swedish and English language
