The Oracle EMEA Customer Success Organisation –

comprising Cloud Architects, Cloud Adoption Services, Customer Success

Management, and Oracle Consulting teams – is positioned to offer customers new,

broader end to end consulting service.

Purpose

EMEA Cloud Adoption Services help customers to

understand the impact and realise the value of their investment in Oracle Cloud

Solutions. Our team works across the lifecycle of the Oracle Cloud investment

made by our customers; supporting analysis and assessment during the sales

process to determine strategy and approach. During the implementation we

provide business change and transformation management services. Through the

duration of the Oracle Cloud subscription we provide services to measure and

optimise our customers Cloud Adoption.

Roles and Responsibilities

Projectdelivery

  • Analysis and assessment of customers’operating model and business drivers to identify approaches and priorities ofOracle Cloud solution delivery

  • Leading and managing the assessment ofbusiness impacts – people, process, technology - arisingas a result of Oracle Cloud solution delivery

  • Development of Cloud AdoptionStrategy; business transition, communications, training, user supportapproaches and plans

  • Support the development of OracleCloud governance across IT and business teams

  • Lead the mobilization of customer’sown Cloud Adoption capabilities and provide enablement support to business stakeholders;facilitation of workshops and trainingsessions

  • Provide assessments of Cloud Adoptionand Value realisation; providing options and recommendations to further delivervalue from the Oracle Cloud solutions

PracticeDevelopment

  • Support the development of assets andcollateral for use across our project deliveries and sales support activities

  • Support the development of CloudAdoption thought leadership and articles for marketing internally andexternally

  • Support the development of crossbusiness relationships and develop ways of working across the EMEA CustomerSuccess Organisation

  • Support and business development andsales activities; providing contribution to proposals, development of solutionsand customer presentations

Profile

We are looking for candidates with the ability

to bridge stakeholders discussion across functions – Finance, Procurement,

Supply Chain, Technology, Business Operations

Candidates should have a background in business function

transformation or a demonstrable interest and understanding of the Business

Function and the use of Technology as a catalyst for change

Previous experience of Oracle Fusion Finance

products is beneficial but not product a pre-requisite, product knowledge can

be learnt

5 years’ relevant experience,

encompassing;

  • Prior teamlead / project management experience

  • Experienceand/or awareness of business and IT change programme

  • Background / qualification in Finance,Procurement, Supply Chain operations

An experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
