Oracle’s

Cloud Customer Success Organization is a focused group of Cloud

Customer Success experts whose mission is to drive successful Oracle

Cloud Platform utilization and renewal through the proactive management

of all facets of the customer engagement lifecycle.

Primary Responsibilities

Reporting into the Leader of the EMEA IaaS Customer Success team, the Customer Success Manager – Cloud Security will

be responsible for connecting the dots between our customer’s security

requirements and the Oracle Cloud Platform to speed up the Oracle

Cloud Platform adoption. S/he will apply strong business acumen and

security experience to map the path towards cloud adoption.

S/he

will need to proactively identify and prioritize accounts, and

collaborate with the Customer Success Managers as well as with the

Oracle Ecosystem (i.e. PreSales, Support, Sales, Development, Consulting

and Partners, etc). This will include problem solving, milestone

development and ongoing state of the customer reviews to ensure that

customers there are no cloud adoption barriers from a security point of

view. Ultimately the success of the role is driving and securing a high

level of customer cloud adoption.

Expanded Responsibilities

  • Drives our IaaS customers’ fast adoption of the services acquired, with a strong focus on Cloud Security

  • Engage with our customers to understand requirements, perform business analysis, and architect / design security solutions

  • Positive enthusiasm and determination to help our customers to

understand the benefit of cloud security practices and to see that these

enable innovation by helping the organization to adopt and utilize

evolving technologies.

  • Support the adoption of the Oracle Cloud

Platform related to cloud security, including security governance

(security policies and procedures), security strategy (security

planning), risk (risk assessments and management), cloud data protection

(classification, encryption, tokenization), cloud-based identity and

access management

  • Conduct cloud security strategy, readiness and

discovery discussions; be familiar with cloud security frameworks,

compliance requirements and security operations to help our customers

adopt cloud

  • This including onBoarding, architectural advisory,

use cases selection and implementation support – all with a focus on

Cloud Security

  • Take initiative to communicate, interact, and

collaborate with the Oracle Ecosystem and Customer’s Ecosystem to ensure

that all aspects of a Cloud Security are addressed

  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Success Managers PaaS & IaaS

  • Drive high customer Satisfaction

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Information Security principles. A background

including several of: Cloud security, OS security Linux, network

security, application and data security, identity and access management,

threat modeling, event analysis, intrusion prevention, and/or incident

response, IDS/IPS, SIEM, ISO-27001, NIST, PCI etc.

  • Preferred security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CISA, CISM, SECURITY , OSCP, CCSK/CCSP)

  • 5 years of data center infrastructure, network infrastructure

engineering, and Cloud build technology engineering solutions.

  • Any certification in network and security (F5, Cisco CCIE,CEH)

  • In-depth knowledge on server virtualization and software defined network technologies.

  • Strong understanding of cloud computing architecture, technical design

and implementations, including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS),

Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) delivery

models

  • Ability to map security controls to compliance requirements for cloud environments

  • Ability to quickly ramp up on new cloud security technologies and

translate traditional and other cloud-related experience.

  • Good co-ordination and organizational skills.

  • Strong Customer focus

  • flexibility, this is a high growth area that requires agility

  • Fluency in English

  • Ability to travel within EMEA. Assume up to 40%.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Drive maximum adoption of Oracle solution and identify/drive product expansion opportunities via high value relationship with the client.

Develop long term partnership with our clients to ensure they remain successful by realizing the full value of their investment with us to ensure client continues/renews contract with Oracle. Responsible for maintaining a high level of client satisfaction by being a liaison between our clients and Oracle

  • s internal operations. Identify product expansion/up sell opportunities. Work with larger clients. Provide input into the CSM methodology and direction. Act as mentor to newer CSMs on a voluntary basis.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Recommended 7 to 10 years of professional experience. Demonstrated experience in package systems implementation (CRM, ERP, Consulting experiences) or client facing relationship experience. Understanding of various technical architectures and operating systems. Industry experience is desired.
