The Account Manager is responsible for building strong relationships and ensuring a strong customer experience with existing and potential customers. You will work closely with outside sales on a customer portfolio within the Swedish public sector. Your main focus will be on regional accounts and you will act as the project manager for the demands of the customer; working with other Dell functions including Sales Operations, Customer Care, Brand, Finance and Logistics to deliver a positive customer experience.
Achieve targets by selling, up-selling and cross-selling our technology solutions using outbound calling, consultative and influencing selling techniques to create positive results for Dell, our distributors and our customers
Build trust and strategic relationships with key customer stakeholders by understanding the customer’s industry, business and top priorities
Present Dells end-to-end solutions consisting of our entire hardware, software and services portfolio
Maintain good business relationships with customers to conduct needs analysis, relay product information and provide technical specifications, quotations and tenders
Work with our most strategic current and future Business-to-Business customers and be part of a network that will work on complex end to end solution selling
Work closely with an outside sales representative and a virtual team of specialists to accelerate and advance ongoing sales opportunities
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
At least two years’ experience in technology sales
Strategic thinker and results-oriented team player
Strong communication and presentation skills
Fluent in Swedish and English
Time management skills to meet multiple demands in a complex and changing environment
Experience in a cross-functional team, international team environment
Financial acumen and data analysis skills
Experience working with Microsoft suite of software and ideally Salesforce.com

Our head office is located in Solna and you will be part of a larger team reporting to the Inside Sales Manager. Some travel may be required.
