Microsoft Corporation Senior Program Manager in Lund, Sweden
We are a multidisciplinary and dynamic team with the goal to reinvent and design products that will impact millions of users. To that end, we are crafting the top people within Product planning, Design, Development and Data out there.
Our team is seeking an experienced program manager (product manager, product owner) to help us build the next generation capture-experiences.
You are a good fit for this role if you are passionate about building creative applications together with both designers and developers in addition to the program management team.
A key part of this role is communication within our teams in Lund (Sweden) and Espoo (Finland) and with partner teams in Redmond.
You have great PM skills and experience, as well as passion and expertise crafting and building highly scaled distributed experiences. Driving product creation and making clear and crisp requirements out of creative discussions is a requirement, as is the ability to define, build, ship and grow products and services that meet those requirements.
We would like to hear from you if you meet the following criteria:
4+ years of Program Management or industry experience
Excellent, multi-year performance history
You are hard-working, self-critical, and a great collaborator
Excellent written and verbal communications and previous experience being hands-on working with remote teams
Demonstrated ability to align a team behind a customer-focused vision and deliver against that plan
You thrive in a dynamic work environment and you want to make the biggest impact possible for the company
Experience crafting, building applications and measuring end user behavior
Develop and utilize telemetry-based data to drive decisions and improve the product
Multi-year history of agile development and delivering on time
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science, mathematics or electrical engineering.
