Ericsson Product Development Leader in Lund, Sweden

At the project Office within Radio Operations & Programs in Lund we are now looking for a Senior Project Manager. The Project Office within PDU Radio Products is responsible for development of Ericsson Radio Products.

As a Senior Project Manager you will ensure Ericsson technology leadership, right scope, quality, time and cost for product development. To be successful as Senior Project Manager you must have a strong ability to drive and motivate people as well as make and follow up plans, status and deliveries.

You will need to have a flexible way of working and ability to prioritize and achieve results.

The office is located in Lund but there are also operations in Kista/Lindholmen, Beijing/Chengdu/China and Ottawa/Canada.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements

  • BSc level in a technical discipline or the equivalent level of knowledge

  • Experience from industrialization of complex technical hardware products, is very important for this role.

  • Experience from software development

  • Radio technology skills is a merit

  • Agile and Lean way of working
