Support Samsung´s Nordic Mobile B2B customers both remotly and on-site
Resolve technical issues on Samsung Mobile products in close cooperation with Sales
If needed, escalate and follow up issues such as software and production issues towards the production and development operations in Korea
Assist Samsung B2B Customer Support with technically advanced issues
Support problem solving task-force activities for in-house and 3rd party products and solutions within Samsung’s Mobile division.
Necessary Skills / Attributes
Technical degree preferred, alternatively exceptional track record
Strong knowledge of IT- infrastructure management
Broad experience working with Mobile Devices and/or Radio Networks
ITIL degree preferred
Service minded towards internal stakeholders, partners and end-customers
End-customer oriented and responsive to their business issues
Good task priority skills and judgment of situation urgency
Short learning curve and ability to adapt and take initiative in unfamiliar situations
Exceptional ability in structured problem solving and innovative out of the box thinking
Exceptional ability to take initiative, drive tasks and daily operations selfpropelled
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
Strong communication skills in English and Swedish
