Eaton Corporation OEM Key account manager - Fire alarm systems - Sweden in Kista, Sweden

LOCATION: UK, SCANDINAVIA, GERMANY OR FRANCE

CONTEXT:

You will join our Fire Team within our Life Safety Division. Under the supervision of the sales manager based in Cwmbran, South Wales, and within a small team of sales and marketing colleagues, you will contribute to serve large OEMs based in Scandinavia, Germany and France. We are looking for an electrical engineering professional experienced in Fire systems installation, who will use their technical skills to guide our Clients and maintain high level of credibility in front of their key decision makers. You could be based anywhere in the UK, Scandinavia, France or Germany, and would need to know these regions’ markets, and speak at least one of those languages, added to English. You will work remotely and will be required to travel within Europe between 25% to 50% of your time.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Achieves monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.

  • Develops, initiates and coordinates a sales strategy that ensure attainment of budget sales goals

  • Provides weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting against weekly, monthly and quarterly targets.

  • Manages customer base by regular visits and phone calls.

  • Travels internationally on a regular basis (30%)

  • Assist export customer service team with achieving KPIs related to on time deliveries and customer expectations

  • Assist material and production planners with monthly forecasts by customers, areas and by key projects

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge of electrical Fire Systems installation

  • Customer facing experience with the ability to build relationships

  • Fluency in English and French or German or Swedish or Norwegian or Danish
