PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Securing a premium customer experience by coordination of activities and development related to Online Business service providers and order fulfillment. This includes platform maintenance, as well as supporting internal and external stakeholders in providing a persistent customer value.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / JOB SCOPE:
Platform maintenance and bug management, together with web developers
Manage call center inquiries related to order fulfillment
Key contact point for service providers (3PL/Payment gateway) in daily queries
Quality assurance and integration lead (internally and in relation to service providers)
Support internal stakeholders with ecommerce related matters
Identify and initiate improvement projects
Report (weekly/monthly) on operational KPIs
Necessary Skills / Attributes
Academic background in business, system, or other higher relevant education is required
At least 1 years’ experience of working within an ecommerce/retail business, preferably within support or platform management.
Experience from working in a cross country or division organisation (i.e. Nordic function)
Experience working within SAP or other ERP
Support oriented problem solver
Skilled in prioritizing tasks from a customer centric viewpoint
Structured and well organized, with an eye for details
Understanding of business processes and systems
