Ericsson Product Development Leader in Karlskrona, Sweden
We are now looking for a Product Development Leader to secure Ericsson technology leadership and make sure we have the right scope, quality, time and cost for product development. As a Product Development Leader you will teach, coach, challenge and develop individuals, teams and organizations. You will foster a creative and learning culture.
PDU Service Management, DC Karlskrona has the responsibility for PDG EDA (former EMA), including program and portfolio roles. In addition to that, DC KA teams are working within the areas of Ericsson Cloud Manager and Dynamic Orchestration, all products belonging to the OSS area.
The DC consist of four units in Karlskrona and two units in Shanghai (CBC), all with a mix of SM, developers, test, UMI etc. In total the organization consist of 130 own employees, working in agile teams also including external work force. The teams are staffed with a well-functioning mix of experienced team members and newer graduates with latest influences from Universities.
You will be a part of the PDG EMA/DC KA LT, together with three Karlskrona based line managers and two Shanghai based Managers. We value our open minded, creative culture having a small company approach.
We take pride in being active in the innovation area, as well as continuously ongoing student projects, in close cooperation with University.
