We are looking for:

A UX analyst with passion for user needs and interaction design, providing support both to the customer and the IT organization with focus on business and user driven new development and enhancements of IT solutions. You need to be passionate about UX and willing to take on the challenge of being a UX ambassador within the company. Being determined and having courage to drive the area forward are key areas in this position. If you also have experience in the mobile and/or visual design areas it is a plus.

You will work in a project or delivery team, where global complexity and business innovation are part of your daily work. You will have a home base together with colleagues working in the same field as you, where you share knowledge and experiences.

Tasks would include:

You will have a key role in our IT projects and deliveries where you will work with web, client and mobile applications. As UX Analyst you will be involved in a lot of different activities: end user studies, modeling and design ideation and end-user evaluation in order to create business value. To succeed in this role you need to have an agile mindset and way of working.

  • Plan and perform end-user study using eg. observation, interview, surveys or other quantitative research methods

  • Document end-user needs using UX methods such as; personas and user journey

  • Identify and document user flow using for example story boards

  • Create interactive mock-ups and wireframes in order to visualize user needs

  • Shape interaction design based on user needs, human factors, heuristics and global standards

  • Plan and perform end-user evaluation on mock-ups

  • Working agile with methods such as Design Thinking

  • Coordinate and communicate user needs in a multi-disciplinary team

  • Share knowledge and participate in different communities

Interaction design, Cognitive science and Human-Computer interaction, Master of Science in Business Administration
