Maintenance Manager, VTC&RT Telematics - Position description
As a Maintenance Manager within On-Board Telematics you will be the key connection to our customers, both internal and external. With our increasing project portfolio we have the need of high quality maintenance and customer support. You will have the opportunity to get to know our customers and their day-to-day challenges. You will run maintenance projects and you need to have the skills to understand how to provide customer solutions in a swift and quality ensured way. Knowledge management is a corner stone in our development process and it is important to capture and reuse knowledge to improve our product over time. You will work with our internal SW development team using Agile methods and for some projects also work with external suppliers.
We believe this is a position for a person with genuine interest in the Telematics area, high customer focus and a strong will to develop personally in a global and expanding environment.
The following qualifications are required:
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics / Computer or equivalent
Documented project management experience
Experience from product development in Automotive and/or Telecom industry, e.g.
Embedded SW development
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
High competence in global communication and networking
Truck driver’s license is a merit
As a Maintenance manager within Global On-board Telematics you are expected to:
