Maintainability and Operational Excellence Management function are looking for a Global feature leader to strengthen the diagnostic area.
Diagnostics is a major contributor to minimize workshop time by efficient and correct fault tracing to make sure the correct fault is found quickly. By predicting vehicle failures before they occur and take proactive actions and roadside breakdowns - unplanned stops can be avoided.
In this role you will lead the activities to develop and strengthen the global diagnostic area within the maintainability feature. Your responsibility will be to coordinate and synchronize the diagnostic feature area with the interfaces to the feature leader diagnostics role. You work in projects managing feature requirement, verification and validation actions during the development process. The role includes reporting the feature status during feature reviews and updating the verification and validation plan. You will deliver status reports to the gate openings, including approvals or proposals and requests for modifications in the projects.
As a Global feature leader you will be responsible to continuously follow the brands feature position in relation to competition. You will define the future vision on features inside the Feature Coordination Teams, documented in Feature Development Plans. You will also improve knowledge on the feature scope by driving development actions for example virtual and physical test methods. Propose and/or carry out Technology Development actions related to the feature.
Who are you?

• MSc or similar within Electrical-, Mechanical-, Automotive Engineering and/or Computer Science.
• Minimum of 3 years working in areas related to diagnostics.
• Experience working with requirement such as creating, breaking down, verification or validation.
• Extensive customer and product knowledge
