Volvo Group ESW Application Engineer/Requirement Analyst in Göteborg, Sweden

We are now looking for an ESW Application Engineer to strengthen our team in Gothenburg.

You will be part of an analyst team, working with analyzing and documenting business requirements both with our current solutions as well as new ones adapting to the future. We can offer you the opportunity to be involved from the start of a business need for the Volvo Group diagnostic tool, right through the process of realizing the end user system requirements. You will be the link between stakeholders and IT solution providers, securing the best solution for the Volvo Group.

This position will offer you a global organization, working in an AGILE way and joining colleagues who share your passion for the aftermarket. You will have the possibility to develop your network and knowledge within the Volvo Group as well as the opportunity to interact with different parts of its organization, such as R&D, IT and the Brands.

Qualifications:

• Master degree in engineering or equivalent

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Fluent English, oral and written

Preferred skills:

• Experience from agile development methods is a merit

• Experience from the automotive industry and embedded software is a merit

• Good knowledge about aftermarket is a merit as well as dealer/workshop knowledge
